The Company provides web hosting and virtual dedicated server (VDS) purchasing services ("Services"). The Services are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, transmit, or distribute through the Services. You must not engage in any activity that may interfere with the proper operation of the Site or the Services.

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services as described on the Site. The Company reserves the right to change the fees at any time with prior notice. Failure to pay the fees may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

All content and materials available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the content for the sole purpose of accessing and using the Services.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or the Services. The Company's total liability, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, all provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.

The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes to this Agreement will be posted on the Site, and it is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Site or the Services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For all locations outside of Turkey, proxy usage is implemented. This means that access to our services from outside Turkey will be routed through proxy servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
