By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or Services.

1. Services

HOSTNSERVER provides web hosting and Virtual Private Server (VPS) purchasing services ("Services"). Below are the detailed specifications and offerings:

a. VPS Hosting

  • Locations: USA & CA
  • Processors: Intel Xeon E5 vCore
  • RAM: DDR4, up to 32 GB
  • Storage: SSD technology, up to 200 GB
  • Operating Systems: CentOS 9, Ubuntu 20.04, 22.04, 23.04, 24.04, Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022
  • Billing Periods: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months
  • Additional IPs: Up to 5 extra IPs can be purchased, totaling 6 IPs
  • Payment Methods: Cryptocurrency and Credit Cards

b. Shared Hosting

  • Locations: Currently one location
  • Processors: Intel Xeon E5 vCore
  • RAM: DDR4
  • Storage: SSD technology
  • Control Panel: Currently only cPanel; Plesk coming soon
  • Billing Periods: 1 month, 12 months, 24 months, and 32 months
  • Payment Methods: Cryptocurrency and Credit Cards

2. Payment and Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services as described on the Site. The Company reserves the right to change fees at any time with prior notice. Payments can be made using cryptocurrency and credit cards. Refunds are not available except for credit card transactions.

a. Billing Periods

  • 1 month
  • 3 months
  • 6 months
  • 12 months
  • 24 months
  • 32 months

b. Coupons

Discounts can be applied using valid coupons during purchase.

3. Upgrades and Add-ons

a. VPS Upgrades

  • Disk space can be upgraded up to 200 GB.
  • RAM can be upgraded up to 32 GB.
  • CPU can be upgraded up to 32 vCore.
  • Additional IPs can be acquired up to a total of 6 via support tickets for an extra fee.
  • Post-purchase upgrades for RAM, CPU, and disk are available via support tickets for an extra fee.

b. Shared Hosting Upgrades

Shared Hosting packages offer various resources based on the selected plan. Upgrades are available via support tickets if additional resources are needed.

c. Operating System Changes

Operating system changes can be requested via support tickets at no additional cost.

d. Backup Features

Daily, weekly, or monthly backup features can be added via support tickets for an additional fee.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, transmit, or distribute through the Services. You must not engage in any activity that may interfere with the proper operation of the Site or the Services.

All operations on servers are free; however, any illegal activities are the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available except for credit card transactions as specified. Ensure that you carefully review your selections before completing a purchase.
